Juan Crespi Middle School Gym S.R.

ISI provided special inspection and materials testing services for the Juan Crespi Middle School Gym Seismic Retrofit project. The project consists of seismic upgrades to an existing two story concrete gymnasium building and adjacent one story modular classroom building. There are accessibility upgrades to the locker room restrooms. Site improvements include a new modular elevator to the second floor of the gymnasium building, an ADA ramp with guardrails and removal and replacement of concrete walkway.
