Municipal Water Facility-Wide Access Improvement Project

West Basin Municipal Water District serves a population of nearly a million people living within 17 cities in the South Bay and unincorporated areas of Los Angeles County. West Basin’s 185-square mile service area is governed by five publicly-elected directors. The project consists of providing on-call materials testing and inspectcion services to the Hyperion Treatment Plant in Playa Del Ray and the Edward C. Little Water Recycling Facility in El Segundo.
