The International Hotel Senior Housing project is a 105 unit, fifteen-story concrete, shear wall and moment frame structure in a highly congested urban area, the old International Hotel site on Kearny St. in San Francisco’s China Town District. All elevated slabs/girders were post-tensioned. ISI provided a full-time lead inspector on this project.
