ISI has completed several contracts for Marin Community College’s Indian Valley Campus as part of their bond program. Construction began in 2007. Projects included: Shade & Greenhouse Structure ; Transportation Tech Relocation – Scope: Construction of a 3,000 sf metal building on concrete slab with adjacent paint booth acting as temporary swing space for the Transportation Technology Complex ; 12kV Utility Extension – Scope: extension of 12kV electrical as well as data/telecom lines ; Main Building, Parking Lot Bioswale, Pathways – Scope: New 32,000 sf two-story steel-framed academic building supported on a drilled-pier deep foundation.
