ISI provided special inspection and materials testing services for the Garfield Elementary School Modernization project. The project consists of demolition and hazardous abatement; sitework; ADA accessibility and fire/life-safety upgrades; structural upgrades; new TPO roofing and standing seam metal roofing; new interior and exterior doors; new windows and skylights; new finishes including drywall, plaster, painting, flooring, ceilings, wood trim, cabinetry, and ceramic tile; and other miscellaneous upgrades and modifications to this existing four story building.
