ISI is currently providing special inspection and materials testing services for the new Kaiser Redwood City MOB 2 & Parking Structure C. The new 4-story Kaiser building will be 196,500 SF with 143 PO’s and 116 exam rooms. In addition, there will be a 3 level, 194,000 SF, 469 parking stall subterranean parking structure. The MOB will include Pediatrics, OB/GYN, GI, Neurology, Urology, Hem/Onc, HNS, Pharmacy, Optical Sales, and 19 Chemo/Infusion chairs.
