UCSF Student Housing, Mission Bay Campus, San Francisco
This project is a 431 unit student housing complex in the University's Mission Bay Campus (Block 20). The structure has a total building area of 425,000 gsf in four 7 - 15 story buildings. The prestressed concrete structure sits on 1,000 pre-cast pre-stressed concrete piles. Construction will be complete 2005 |

San Francisco Juvenile Justice Facility, San Francisco
This is a new $28 million, 98,000 sf detention facility that includes residential, educational, recreational, health and religious spaces. The structural system is cast-in-place concrete, CMU walls, and structural steel framing. Work was performed by ISI under a contract for "as-needed" services with the City of San Francisco. Construction will be complete in 2005. |

Channel Park Comminutions, 255 Berry Street, San Francisco
Located in San Francisco's newest neighborhood, Mission Bay, This project, owned by Signature Properties, features over 100 luxury residences with parking facilities. Construction of this $34 million 8 story post-tensioned concrete building with pre-cast prestressed concrete piles was completed in 2004. |

Embarcadero One Multi-residential Housing,San Francisco
Approximately 250,000 square feet, 14 story prestressed, post-tensioned concrete high-rise with two structural steel towers in the center section of the residential condominium parking complex. Prior to performing stressing operations on the post tensioned slabs, concrete compression tests are required at 5-7 days in order to verify the concrete strength required by the Structural Engineer. Site investigations were performed to verify strength of concrete in the field as requested by the Structural Engineer.

Jesuit Housing, University of San Francisco
This structure rests on 42” multi-level deep-drilled concrete piers. Cast-in-place concrete, slabs on grade, and suspended slab divide the building’s five levels, while wood and masonry form its interior. ISI inspectors performed numerous inspections of both the structure’s materials and construction. |

Mission Place Apartments, Block N1, Mission Bay, San Francisco
The project is 1.4 million square feet of retail and residential space. Eight mid-rise towers with a central parking garage encompass a full city block. The structural system is matt and pre-cast pile foundations with post tensioned slabs and concrete columns. To process the large volume of revisions and RFI's for this fast tracked project, ISI set up a computer work station on site. 2003-2004 |

165 8th Street Apartments
This is five levels of single unit affordable housing developed by Mercy Housing. The structural system is a mat slab concrete foundation with a second level podium slab, concrete columns, CMU/concrete walls and structural steel braced frames. Wood framing is above the podium slab. 2002 |
